I must express my dissatisfaction with this establishment. I entrusted them with two wigs on consignment, only to face difficulties upon my return due to medical issues. Despite my efforts to contact the manager for a discussion regarding my wigs, I have been met with challenges. This lack of communication and customer service quality is why I hold a negative view of this place. I always enjoy my time at Avalon. Darcy did my facial, manicure and pedicure. She is amazing and very fun to spend time with while getting pampered. The new massage therapist, Lilith, is amazing.
