My nails were done by Henry, the manager, and when I asked for the same procedure as before, he attempted to charge me extra. This nail technician accidentally cut my finger, paused to tend to another client's eyebrows, and I had to request that they wash their hands before continuing with my service. Additionally, they seem to have a roach issue, as I had to ask them to stand up and eliminate a roach that was crawling around their station.
