My nails were done by Henry, the manager, and when I asked for the same procedure as before, he attempted to charge me extra. This nail technician accidentally cut my finger, paused to tend to another client's eyebrows, and I had to request that they wash their hands before continuing with my service. Additionally, they seem to have a roach issue, as I had to ask them to stand up and eliminate a roach that was crawling around their station. This spot was delightful and the individual who performed my facial was exceptional. They were friendly and reliable and they did a superb job with my skin. I appreciate that this spot is very transparent with pricing. It's clearly stated on their website, displayed on the wall in the room, and discussed with the individual who performed the facial.
