I adore having my lashes done by Marcilene. I have been a regular client for a year now. She excels at creating a natural look with my lashes. With proper maintenance, they stay lovely for around three weeks. Visiting her studio is always a delightful experience. It's immaculate, and she is warm, attentive, kind, and respectful.

I have been a loyal patron for the past 4 years; the service was always top-notch until the recent change in management. Christopher used to oversee operations efficiently. During my recent mani-pedi with Karen and Kelly, Karen conducted herself with utmost professionalism and delivered an excellent pedicure. However, Kelly displayed a confrontational attitude and was uncooperative when I requested a specific manicure. She trimmed my nails shorter than I had requested and responded rudely when questioned about the chosen color. The salon was empty upon my arrival, and now I understand why. Previously, I would have to wait if I hadn't made an appointment. Regrettably, I will not be returning. They have lost a customer of many years.About

I visited the United States on December 21st. I scheduled an appointment for a root touch up, haircut, and blowout at a salon. Relying on the prices listed on their website, I didn't inquire further, assuming I had a good estimate of the final cost (considering the highest online price). However, after my appointment, I noticed I was charged extra $$$, on top of the 24% tip I left. The following day, I reached out to the salon via email requesting a breakdown of my bill as I was puzzled by the higher amount.
Shortly after sending the email, they mentioned that my entire head was colored. I believed there might have been a miscommunication between the stylist and the front desk, so I politely asked for a refund. Almost 10 days later, their response changed, stating that while I did have a retouch, I had received an estimate before the appointment (which wasn't true, as I have emails proving otherwise). They also admitted that their website needed updating, causing the discrepancy in pricing (I have emails to support this).
Although I was satisfied with the service provided by Mallory, I found the customer service to be lacking. I would rate my experience with two stars, factoring in Mallory's performance and the front desk service.About

I had an exceptional experience. Jamie was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her work was outstanding. I opted for lash extensions and a facial. It was my first time trying lash extensions, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The facial was soothing and left my skin feeling refreshed. The ambiance was serene and tranquil - I will definitely return. Absolutely lovely location BUT undoubtedly the most disappointing pink and white acrylic service I've ever received. Essentially a refill cost for a new set, and the nail technician painted over the fresh nail growth with white gel color, doing a subpar job at that.
