I have been a loyal patron for the past 4 years; the service was always top-notch until the recent change in management. Christopher used to oversee operations efficiently. During my recent mani-pedi with Karen and Kelly, Karen conducted herself with utmost professionalism and delivered an excellent pedicure. However, Kelly displayed a confrontational attitude and was uncooperative when I requested a specific manicure. She trimmed my nails shorter than I had requested and responded rudely when questioned about the chosen color. The salon was empty upon my arrival, and now I understand why. Previously, I would have to wait if I hadn't made an appointment. Regrettably, I will not be returning. They have lost a customer of many years.
