The service was absolutely fantastic. They quickly scheduled me in, and Amber did a superb job with my hair. I highly recommend them, 10/10.
I came in for pricing info. No one was at the front, but a woman emerged from the back and abruptly stated, "I can't do your hair today!" before I could speak. I tried to explain that I just wanted pricing, but she was dismissive. She handed me another stylist's business card. I called and left a message, but never received a call back. I reached out to Salon 12 Twenty and received an immediate response, a better price, a great haircut, and respectful treatment!
I adored Amber. She was incredibly patient with my young child and gave him a fantastic haircut for his curly hair!
