I selected a color that turned out very light on my nails and was disappointed with the outcome but I hadn't mentioned anything. Alex mentioned that it wasn't my shade and that's when I informed her that I expected it to be darker based on the color swatch and bottle. I would have paid for it, but she and her colleague offered to apply another coat of a different, darker color and I felt bad that she had to redo my nails but she reassured me that it was okay and not to worry. She was very pleasant and didn't make me feel guilty at all. Once she finished, she didn't charge me anything extra for the additional time. It was a small gesture, but that level of customer service should always be recognized. Thank you Alex!
I would not suggest getting your nails done at this place. First visit, charged $79 for gel mani/pedi. The job was halfway done, coating uneven, part of my nails unpainted, very messy! After I examined my nails and expressed dissatisfaction, I was informed they were busy and the person who did my nails had left. The person I spoke to was impolite and when I requested a fix, I was told I had to pay again.
This is the only place I'll visit to get my nails done, they're always so friendly and Laura, the owner, she will accommodate you no matter what. If you forget your appointment, she's like oh no worries dear and she schedules you for another appointment. They're always kind, polite, and accommodating.
