I reached out in Spanish to book a hair appointment for my daughter. She agreed, but when I arrived at 1:20pm for a 2pm appointment, she claimed they were closing. She seemed to refuse service due to my daughter's black hair texture. I confronted her in Spanish about the sudden change in plans. Highly unprofessional and a waste of my time and gas.
