I've been a loyal customer here for a couple of years now. Finding a skilled hairstylist is crucial for my unique red hair. I always book appointments with Alex, and she consistently delivers the perfect shade of red. I confidently refer her to all my fellow redheads.

This is hands down the worst nail salon I've visited. I arrived at 3:15 pm to have my acrylic nails removed and get a regular manicure. Upon entering, I saw two individuals working. I was accompanied by my partner and requested a regular pedicure for him, but was informed that they had two appointments reserved for 4:00 pm, which I completely understood. However, the technician offered to attend to me since my service was just acrylic removal. During the treatment, they appeared irritated and neglected to apply cuticle oil or provide a proper manicure, simply soaking off the acrylics without offering a topcoat, shine, or even lotion. I overheard a last-minute appointment being accommodated for 5:00 pm, which I found inconsiderate given that they had declined my boyfriend's pedicure request. It seemed they do not accept walk-ins, which is fine. When settling the bill, the technician inquired about my tipping preference, which felt inappropriate as it should be the customer's choice. Avoid this salon as you'll feel rushed and unwelcome, unlike other establishments in Bergen County where technicians take their time and exhibit better hospitality.
