The staff here is so welcoming. My child has had her hair styled at this salon a few times without any issues. However, today I requested a shorter undercut for myself, but when I got home and ran my fingers through my hair, strands started falling out! 😩 I was quite disappointed. Why didn't the stylist mention anything? The right side looks good and neat, just as I wanted. But the left side clearly shows where the mistake was made. 😞
I absolutely recommend this hair salon. Lily is fantastic! Both my spouse and I will definitely return. The place is clean, the staff is courteous, and they give a great haircut. I always worry about my haircut for work purposes, and they always do a fantastic job. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you book an appointment here.
To start, they dyed my hair a completely different shade than what I asked for. It turned out very patchy and resembled poorly done highlights. I had to go back and request a redo. Then, they had the nerve to charge me for a subpar blow-dry job when I never even wanted a styling service in the first place. What a waste of time and money.
