Highly recommend Katie and Vinny for exceptional pedicure and manicure services. Vinny's additional massage and meticulous attention to detail made the experience truly enjoyable and relaxing.

Upon entering the store, my initial impression was unfavorable. I regret not choosing a different establishment. The two individuals at the front desk, neither of whom acknowledged my presence, set the tone. Despite my explicit request for cleaner toenails and feet, my nail technician's performance was subpar. I opted for the D’Vinci Pedicure at $45, but I could have achieved better results myself. He spent a mere 10 seconds on each foot, neglecting the calluses and cuticles. Dissatisfied with nail salons in general, I had hoped for a different experience here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and strongly advise others to steer clear. While the venue was tidy, the lack of customer service and poor execution were glaring. My first and final visit here. Avoid at all costs. The images of my disappointing "pedicure" speak for themselves.

Accompanied by my 5-year-old daughter, we found the salon to be clean with friendly staff. Although I experienced a nail issue within two days, the prompt and hassle-free resolution impressed me. The technician took responsibility, showing a positive attitude in rectifying her mistake. Despite this initial setback, I am willing to give them another chance based on their customer service.
