I underwent a haircut and color, while my daughter had her hair colored. Let me tell you, these stylists did an outstanding job. They ensured that both of us were clear on our preferences, and they delivered flawlessly. I highly recommend this establishment! If I could award 10 stars, I would! We scheduled an appointment for hair and makeup for a significant event on a bustling day with numerous appointments. My child had a midweek appointment at her regular salon for highlights, but upon arrival, they couldn't achieve her desired look due to a previous purple dye. She left disheartened. We contacted Vivid to see if they could accommodate her on the day of the event before her appointment, and to our delight, they did. The owner reassured me over the phone that they would handle it and assigned multiple stylists to ensure it was completed on time. We arrived in the morning, and my daughter was attended to promptly. Three stylists worked tirelessly for hours to remove the purple hue and achieve the desired blond highlights. Despite the salon being bustling, they managed to cater not only to my daughter but also to all the other clients, including walk-ins and those seeking color services. I didn't hear them turn anyone away. I spent the entire day there observing their work, and it was unlike anything I had seen before in a salon. They collaborated seamlessly on each client, and the results were impeccable. The salon was immaculate and charming, with a welcoming and glittering ambiance. The cost for the services my daughter received was surprisingly reasonable. We had never visited before, but after that experience, we are now loyal customers.
