I am absolutely thrilled and delighted with our experiences here so far! Michael took such wonderful care of our toddler's first haircut and delivered exactly what we had in mind. Rachel totally nailed my hair in the most fabulous way as well. We will definitely be returning time and time again.

I had an appointment at 11am & admittedly, I was running a bit behind. It was entirely my fault & I take full responsibility for that. My son is a medical student at UCLA & uses my car on the days he has classes so I had to depend on alternative transportation & sometimes it's out of your hands when relying on someone else for a ride. William's contacted me at 11:08, (at that time I was 1 min away) & mentioned they would need to cancel my appointment because the nail technician, Alex, wouldn't have sufficient time to finish my pedicure. When I arrived, Alex did proceed with my appointment, but she made me feel like I was an inconvenience from the start for even showing up. I requested to quickly change into more comfortable pants that I could roll up to my knees since I was coming straight from work, which seemed to further irritate Alex. When she escorted me to the area where they do their manicures & pedicures, she requested my flip flops (which I was never informed to bring my own when initially scheduling the appointment & since I had never had a pedicure done there before, I wasn't aware I needed to). She then instructed me to place my feet in the water & then simply left for 10 mins. She didn't inquire if the water was a comfortable temperature or even inform me where the massage control for the chair was located on the right side of the chair, her colleague kindly informed me. Throughout our session, she didn't ask me any questions about my preferences for my toes, if I had any sensitive areas, or any of the usual queries when getting a pedicure. In fact, our conversation was extremely minimal, if any at all. She showed more interest & paid more attention to her colleague & their client than to me. I have never been to a full-service salon before & have only visited boutiques specializing in nail services. So perhaps my expectations were too high, but she didn't massage my feet or legs, didn't wrap warm towels around them, or make ANY effort to make it a pleasant experience. Throughout, she had a negative attitude, was very distant, displayed little emotion or personality. I have had much better experiences with the hairstylists at William's, but I definitely won't be returning for any nail services.

I needed to find a new hairstylist as mine retired. My dad always gets a fantastic cut so I decided to go with him. Amazing establishment, ambiance, staff, and reasonable prices. I have already returned and booked my next appointment. I've found my go-to person!! Julie is amazing!!
