The staff here is so welcoming. My child has had her hair styled at this salon a few times without any issues. However, today I requested a shorter undercut for myself, but when I got home and ran my fingers through my hair, strands started falling out! 😩
I was quite disappointed. Why didn't the stylist mention anything? The right side looks good and neat, just as I wanted. Over the years I've visited various nail salons and encountered different nail technicians. I took a break for two years because each time I got my nails done, my fingers would ache and the process was uncomfortable. After two acquaintances recommended Alex to me, I decided to schedule an appointment with them. During my initial visit, I expressed my anxiety about the process due to past experiences. Alex made me feel at ease, was accommodating, and my fingers didn't ache like before. Now I regularly get my nails done by them and eagerly anticipate each appointment. My visits to this salon are fantastic! I adore my lashes and nails with toes. Harper does my lashes. She does an amazing job! She is incredibly caring and kind! Her touch is gentle. She never rushes. I leave looking like a model. The quality of my lashes is superb, and they last longer compared to other salons. My nail technicians are precise and kind. They all deliver exceptional work.
