My visits to this salon are fantastic! I adore my lashes and nails with toes. Harper does my lashes. She does an amazing job! She is incredibly caring and kind! Her touch is gentle. She never rushes. I leave looking like a model. The quality of my lashes is superb, and they last longer compared to other salons. My nail technicians are precise and kind. They all deliver exceptional work. This establishment is INCREDIBLE. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed the moment you step in. The receptionist was friendly and inviting. Lovely aesthetic. I felt at ease just being in the waiting area! I underwent dermaplaning by Hannah. The accompanying facial felt incredibly soothing. I truly enjoyed the music playing and the soft lighting along with all the crystals. Hannah was kind, easy to converse with, and had an answer for every query I posed. The science behind what makes a service so effective is truly captivating.
Hannah also performed some extractions around my nose and chin, and I can genuinely notice the difference. Issues that have been bothering me for years were dealt with today, and I am just thrilled with the entire experience.
Your visit can be customized to your preferences, too, which I found really neat. At the conclusion of the pre-service questionnaire, they inquire about the type of service you desire with choices like “Estie Bestie” time, Energy Work, peaceful and relaxing, mildly educational, and highly educational. Initially, I had doubts, having undergone treatments at other establishments in previous years that were ineffective. Milan is THE GENUINE ARTICLE! The treatments are relatively painless. The office is visually appealing, the staff are very accommodating in booking appointments, and the location is highly convenient. After 6 sessions, my selected area is nearly 100% hairless. The staff here is so welcoming. My child has had her hair styled at this salon a few times without any issues. However, today I requested a shorter undercut for myself, but when I got home and ran my fingers through my hair, strands started falling out! 😩
I was quite disappointed. Why didn't the stylist mention anything? The right side looks good and neat, just as I wanted. I took a break for two years because each time I got my nails done, my fingers would ache and the process was uncomfortable. After two acquaintances recommended Alex to me, I decided to schedule an appointment with them. During my initial visit, I expressed my anxiety about the process due to past experiences. Alex made me feel at ease, was accommodating, and my fingers didn't ache like before. Now I regularly get my nails done by them and eagerly anticipate each appointment.
