While the staff may be friendly and the marketing is top-notch, the claim of having expertise in ear piercing couldn't be further from the truth. I got my rook pierced there, paid over 100 dollars, and after 6 months of struggling with healing, I returned to the store. The girl at the front desk, casually chewing gum with her mouth open and scrolling through Instagram, simply suggested giving it more time and buying saline solution. She didn't bother to examine it or advise scheduling an appointment. After a year, I visited a professional ear piercer in the Gables who explained that the staff at the previous place only receive two weeks of training before piercing people, and the jewelry they provided was very cheap. It's not worth sacrificing quality for aesthetics when it comes to altering your body, as they consistently shrug off responsibility for their piercing techniques.

I've had my ears pierced 4 times, each experience was fantastic. The jewelry is stunning, and the piercers are knowledgeable and patient. Recently, I met Tali, a front desk associate, who was incredibly nice and friendly. She enhanced my store experience so much that I was eager to return for more piercings. Tali has numerous ear piercings herself, indicating her expertise. She even assisted me in choosing the placement for my latest piercing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to elevate their piercing game.
