Unfortunately, I did not find good value for money here. The massage felt rushed and lacked pressure. It was evident that the masseur was unenthusiastic, which made me feel sorry for him. Moreover, he was coughing throughout the session. Upon checkout, I was pressured to leave a minimum 20% tip on a $115 massage.
I scheduled a session through their messaging system and arrived at 5:00 PM after facing heavy traffic, only to discover that my appointment had been given to someone else. To make matters worse, when I left, the receptionist blamed me instead of having the manager address the issue. On a previous visit, there was no music during the massage. I do not recommend this establishment.
I reserved a basic massage but got stuck in traffic. When I called to see if I could shorten the session to 60 minutes, I was told it was not possible. Assuming the appointment was canceled, I expected a cancellation fee. However, I was charged for the full 90-minute massage.
