I got my lashes done for the first time two weeks ago. Unfortunately, a few have been falling out daily since day one. After two weeks, I noticed that not only the added lashes but also my own were missing from my right eye. I decided not to attend the scheduled appointment because there was nothing to work on. However, I was still charged $50 for a no-show. I hope to receive a refund for this. It's disheartening to not have any lashes left to enhance. While the place was clean and the staff were kind, I believe my situation is unique. I look forward to seeing how they handle the reimbursement.
