After a stressful day when my lupus is flaring up, I always check if Sarah is available. She has helped me manage many flare-ups with her foot massages. I have been a loyal customer here for at least 5 years now.
The massage itself was excellent, but the receptionist at the front desk displayed unprofessional behavior. She became upset when my partner and I only tipped $18 because it was all the cash we had. She insisted we make it an even $20. I found her lack of gratitude disappointing. However, the male and female massage therapists were very professional and appreciative.
They converse in Spanish throughout the entire massage session. After they finish, I approach the front desk to settle the bill and generously tip each of them $5. One of the massage therapists was quite impolite, approaching me with an irate tone, insisting, "Madam, good massage, you should tip $10 each." I find this demand to be audacious. The foot massage costs $20 each, so tipping $5 seems more than fair. I believe this behavior is highly unprofessional.
