I went to find a shampoo here last year. The employees ignored me until I directly asked for help. The two workers gave me attitude and one rolled their eyes. I brushed it off. We located a shampoo, went to the register, and then the same individual refused to sell the shampoo to me because I'm not a cosmetologist and lack certification in the beauty industry. It was a dreadful experience.
This store is consistently low on stock. It's rare to find everything or anything you require. Customer service is lacking and could benefit from improvement. The advantages and disadvantages of paying by check are that your check isn't immediately deposited. This allows your funds to stay in your bank account longer. The downside of not having your check deposited right away is that other financial factors could surpass your account balance, causing a check to bounce. The longest I've waited for my check to be cashed is about 3 weeks. There is usually ample parking available.
I can't say I've ever been impressed with the customer service at this location. I've also noticed they are short-staffed. I was denied the use of the restroom despite a large sign stating that it was out of order? I have visited salon centric locations out of state and all over Southern California, and not once have I been unable to use the restroom; their locations are typically high-end, clean, organized, and well-staffed with fantastic representatives. Sometimes when you walk into the store, they look at you like, "What are you doing here?" Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed it?
