AMAZING. The salon is clean and beautiful with convenient parking. Alex gave me one of the most incredible blowouts I've ever had. My hair looked stunning and natural afterward. Even on the second day, my hair still looks fantastic. I will definitely be returning.
Terrible service, lack of professionalism. They canceled my appointment with flimsy excuses that were untrue. I had a crucial event and couldn't find another place on a weekend. If reliability is essential to you, avoid these unprofessional individuals.
Today, I had a meeting with Alex, arrived promptly at 12:00, only to find out she was in the middle of tinting someone else's hair. How could she schedule someone else during my appointment time? She hadn't even finished the service, just started it. She prioritized money over my appointment. Completely unprofessional. I will not be recommending this place, especially with an important event today. Thank you, Alex, but I won't be returning here.
