I walked in for a nose piercing and had an outstanding experience! Kat was extremely kind, and I felt completely safe during the piercing process. I had a difficult piercing experience in my childhood, and I expressed my anxiety to Kat. She took the time to guide me through the steps and ensure my comfort. I didn't catch the name of the other staff member, but both of them patiently answered my questions, and I never felt rushed. Even though I now live in the Bay area, I will definitely return here for future piercings when I visit family.
Kat is such an exceptional salesperson, she was incredibly patient with all my inquiries! I received a tragus piercing, and it's healing smoothly. The cost was around 110 with a stunning Swarovski stud!
