The salon was quite busy when I visited, and the gentleman who did my eyebrows seemed rushed. Unfortunately, he ended up threading off some of my skin, resulting in a permanent scar on my face. We located a shampoo, went to the register, and then the same individual refused to sell the shampoo to me because I'm not a cosmetologist and lack certification in the beauty industry.
