I am overjoyed with the service and the outcome of my hair! After being told by another salon that I couldn't achieve the desired look, I felt defeated. My dark hair is transitioning to grey, and I wanted to embrace it without a stark contrast. Initially, I planned to just touch up my roots, but I decided to search once more. That's when I discovered this brilliant color specialist! She took the challenge to prove the other consultant wrong, and she succeeded! Though it will be a step-by-step process, after the first session, my hair looks beautiful, healthy, and exceeded my expectations. I've found my colorist for as long as she'll have me! Highly recommended! Apart from her exceptional talent, she is genuinely caring and takes pride in her work. I would give her 20 stars! Her prices are reasonable, and she is a trustworthy professional.

horrible customer service and they are not clean, i went to go get my hair dyed and there was a cockroach flying around, i also went to get a curly perm and the individual left my hair so damaged and it wasn’t curly at all so i ended up having to cut it up to my shoulders because i couldn’t brush through it and it was falling out in pieces. also when i asked them how much the perm will be they said $160 so i gave them 2 $100 bills and i only got $20 dollars back. the individual who owns the place talks very rudely about people in front of their customers.JMG Hair Salon and Makeup Studio is open in Monday: 9:00-18:00 Tuesday: 9:00-18:00 Wednesday: 9:00-18:00 Thursday: 9:00-18:00 Friday: 9:00-18:00 Saturday: 9:00-18:00 Sunday: Closed

This particular Great Clips establishment is utterly disappointing. During my initial visit, the stylist was impolite and unwelcoming. Despite my request for a simple low taper while retaining my bangs, she continuously talked over me and insisted on her own approach. The experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied, especially since the stylist struggled with operating the register. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance due to their proximity to my residence. My second visit was equally disheartening. I believe the hairstylist's name was Lila. She completely disregarded my plea to avoid cutting my hair too short. Instead, she disregarded my wishes and engaged in a lengthy monologue asserting her expertise. Once again, I left the salon feeling unsatisfied and with significantly shorter hair than desired. If you are comfortable with others dictating your haircut, this location may suit you. Absolutely outstanding!! I typically frequent a barbershop on Mill Street, but due to an urgent need for a haircut before an interview, I visited this small yet pristine and cozy shop. Despite being the sole stylist present, Rosy managed to efficiently cater to two customers simultaneously. She left everyone, including myself, satisfied with a smile.
