I must clarify that my feedback is unrelated to the quality of the waxing service I received. Sam was truly exceptional, and I would definitely return for her expertise. She was meticulous, informative, and made the waxing procedure seamless. I am awarding two stars because I opted for waxing here enticed by the 20% discount for new customers, which, to my surprise, I was informed I didn't qualify for upon payment by the receptionist, despite never having visited this establishment (or any other) previously. The receptionist claimed I had been waxed twice by the company in 2019, but couldn't specify the location. However, upon checking my records, it showed I had received waxing services twice in 2019 in Alexandria. The catch? I resided in North Carolina at that time (one of the dates coincided with my college graduation, making it impossible for me to be in two places simultaneously), and only moved to Northern VA in May 2021. The receptionist assured me that her manager would contact me that day or the next to address this issue, yet it has been 5 days without any follow-up.About

My experience here was disappointing. I only went because my regular place was fully booked before a trip. I scheduled my appointment online, but upon arrival, it seemed like the staff wasn't prepared for me. I opted for a sugar wax, but I suspect I received a strip wax instead as I developed a rash afterward. Unlike my usual place where the results last for about 3 weeks, my hair started growing back within days. Absolutely adored the Fountains and the team. I've visited twice now and already have my third appointment scheduled. The only reason I didn't give five stars is due to the lack of lockers to store my purse while there, but they make every effort to accommodate you, which is greatly appreciated. The place is spotless, smells incredible, and provides a very serene atmosphere. I have nothing but praise for all their team members, especially Marcia and Sue, who provided me with exceptional massage and facial services. It's conveniently located near a few fantastic dining spots (Mae's is my personal favorite) as well. Do yourself a favor and give it a try, you won't be let down!About
