I have been a patron of Brandi’s for 2 years and honestly she’s the finest hair stylist I’ve ever had. I had been seeking someone that does natural/ashy blonde highlights for a while and Brandi introduced me to baby-lights. I go every 3-4 months (I’d consider myself low maintenance) and her service lasts me until my next appointment. I always enjoy the pleasant conversations we have during our appointments. My hair has never been healthier with any other stylist and I feel I finally have the hair color of my dreams!
Took my child here for a haircut. The stylist was rough with her hair and did a very unsatisfactory job and made things worse when we asked for an adjustment. He didn't listen to what we wanted and was forceful in the way he handled her hair. My child was in tears so I called them to request a different stylist to touch up her bangs which were chopped off without any blending. They declined to accommodate her on the same day which is disappointing given the situation. Will never go back. Also want to add that the stylist kept interrupting the haircut to do something on his phone.
