I've been a patron here for about a year for facial electrolysis, and I can only rave about it. The whole team here is truly dedicated to their craft and genuinely cares about your well-being and results. From the moment you step up to the front desk, the atmosphere is uplifting and hospitable. Maureen, Cindy, and Gillian are all exceptional electrologists who work with remarkable speed and precision. Truly a fantastic establishment!
A remarkable initial encounter with Vanessa, who was highly recommended by a friend. She took the time to converse with me and assist in determining the optimal treatment for my desired results. She is also very forthright and provided me with some fantastic suggestions on other products that would benefit me personally without any pressure to purchase on-site. The experience itself was fantastic, and my face looked radiant and glowing afterwards!
I journey over an hour and a half from NW DC by rail to reach this place, and it's definitely worth it. Effective therapies and everyone here is always pleasant, sincere, and professional. Particularly fond of Maureen. She is incredibly kind and does exceptional work.
