My first visit to this salon was fantastic, prompting me to return. After booking online and receiving a confirmation email, I arrived for my appointment only to find the salon closed. Upon calling, the person who answered (presumably the owner) was rude and dismissive. Despite the salon's website confirming my appointment, she insisted they were closed until August 3rd and denied confirming my booking. Her unfriendly attitude and lack of apology were disappointing, especially during these challenging times for small businesses.
Absolutely will not let Riley near my hair again. Their coloring skills are nonexistent. I spent over $130 only to have my hair damaged and botched. I had to visit a different salon for a fix. A terrible experience! After years of loyalty, it's time to move on.
