I had an exceptional first massage in the Seattle area and it was truly a fantastic experience. I opted for the 45-minute body massage combined with a 30-minute foot massage. The rooms were clean and free of any unpleasant odors. My massage therapist was attentive, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I must have dozed off at some point because it was so relaxing :) The staff was friendly, polite, and provided excellent service. This establishment is dreadful. Having used ME in California without any issues, today's treatment was appalling. An emergency arose 50 minutes prior to my massage, and upon texting, I was informed that the session would still be charged to my account. I just wasted $90. When inquiring about the membership, I encountered numerous rules and restrictions. I left with a sense of hesitation...
