This venue is pleasant and slightly more affordably priced than Olympus spa. The eatery doesn't open until 4 pm on Wednesdays, and they don't notify you when you make a reservation, so just a heads up. Also, be aware that the service providers usually don't converse in English. The front desk isn't as attentive in explaining what to do before your treatment, but there are signs displayed inside the spa, so I suggest you keep an eye out for them. Nevertheless, everyone is quite friendly, the food is delectable, and the services are top-notch. If you haven't experienced a Korean spa before, it's customary to be completely unclothed in the pools, and during the scrub or moisturizing massage, they cover every inch, which may come as a bit of a surprise if you're accustomed to American spas.
Fantastic initial visit! Segregated areas for males and females to utilize the wet soaking pools. The establishment is impeccably clean! We relished lunch at their bistro as well. The portions are generous, and the lady manning the bistro was exceptionally pleasant. The whole team is amiable, I reckon the lady on duty was the proprietor and exceedingly accommodating and warm. You can procure facial masks at the reception and other bath accoutrements for your convenience. The massage was incredibly soothing. Eagerly anticipating our next visit!
Following a 7-day cruise in Oregon, we opted to spend the day here as we all had late-night flights to catch. It was serene and quite deserted on a Sunday. The sauna chambers were spotless, and there were quite a few of them for a compact place. I also indulged in a scrub massage which was delightful. The cost wasn't too steep compared to our usual expenses in MI.
