This establishment is dreadful. Having used ME in California without any issues, today's treatment was appalling. An emergency arose 50 minutes prior to my massage, and upon texting, I was informed that the session would still be charged to my account. I just wasted $90. When inquiring about the membership, I encountered numerous rules and restrictions. I left with a sense of hesitation... MY STRONGEST RECOMMENDATION: AVOID PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP!
I've frequented this place for years and always received a warm and kind welcome from the front desk staff. Kiva excels in skincare, and I've thoroughly enjoyed her facials and brow treatments. I consistently depart feeling rejuvenated and indulged. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!
A long-time member here, but first-time reviewer. I admire the variety of massage therapists available. I can book sessions for relaxation or therapeutic purposes depending on my requirements. The aromatherapy tissue on the headrest is a delightful touch. I only realized this wasn't standard when I was traveling. Just experienced an incredible hydrofacial with Kiva for the first time. The gunk extracted from my pores was unbelievable!
