Stopped patronizing a few years back due to a scheduling mishap with Belle. Arrived early as requested, only to find out she double-booked us. The constant chair swapping was quite stressful. Recently, I scheduled a Mother-Daughter appointment for 4th of July nails. Upon arrival, we were told to wait 20 minutes, then asked to return the next day or wait another 20 minutes. With just 2 days until the 4th, we were left scrambling. We departed and, in hindsight, I should have known better. My regular nail technician at Nail and Spa was unavailable this week, so I gave them another chance. Furthermore, their pricing exceeds that of Nails n Spa in Maple Grove, my go-to spot for the past few years, which boasts a 5-star rating. I highly recommend Nails n Spa in Maple Grove. Impress failed to make an impression.
My debut at Impress Nails. Had a Pedicure with Pat. She did an amazing job and I experimented with Cat Eyes on my toenails for the first time. Tidy salon with around 14-15 massage chairs. An ideal spot to schedule a girls day out with a bunch of Companions for a pedicure. Credit Cards accepted. Kindly tip in cash.
