Had an amazing experience during my first visit here, prompting me to book with the same technician. Scheduled for 10:30, but my services began a bit after 11am. My nails look awful. Despite informing the lady (who wasn't my scheduled technician) that she left blue residue on my nails after several reminders. I even suggested she use white to cover it since it had been almost two hours, but she declined. I'm extremely upset and never faced this much trouble.... & I'm thoroughly disgusted!
I ceased visiting a few years ago due to feeling the price didn't match the quality. Decided to give it another shot today. 😮💨 Here's a look at my luxurious pedicure.. P.S: my mask and scrub were applied simultaneously 😣 usually they scrub and trim your cuticles, then rinse you and apply the mask, letting you sit.... Mine were done at the same time... I'm clueless about what happened with my paraffin wax 🤷🏾♀️.. 3 Stars because it got done, and the attendant was kind... I hold the establishment responsible since they observed but didn't rectify it.
Unaware of this place's existence until now. After lunch at El Ranchito, my daughter and I stumbled upon it and indulged in a mother-daughter pedicure. Highly professional and hygienic. A wide array of polish options to choose from. Noticed they offer spa treatments too, so I intend to return. A bit of soft background music would've been nice. Toes look stunning, and daughter footed the bill.. 😍
