Their phone manner is curt and impolite. I am relieved they are not accepting new customers, as I wouldn't consider using their services now anyway.
My wife stopped by to schedule a haircut appointment yesterday. The individual at the salon, fixing her own dark hair that falls to her shoulders, informed her that no appointments were available. When my wife inquired about availability for the following week, the woman bluntly replied that there were no openings then either. Other reviews indicate that the salon owners are inhospitable towards non-customers who simply seek a haircut. I recommend that these business proprietors not only display a sign stating "by appointment only," but also include a more accurate sign indicating that they do not entertain inquiries from non-patrons, whether in person or over the phone. Otherwise, individuals may receive disrespectful and haughty treatment, leaving a negative impression. It's best to steer clear of this local salon!
