The older niece's nails were left incomplete, with uneven paint lines, old glitter residue, and paint smudges. Furthermore, she was sent out with wet nails that quickly got damaged. The younger niece, who opted for blue nails, experienced discomfort as the technician used the wrong tool on her cuticles, causing swelling. The overall quality of the service did not match the price charged, and the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
