I had a delightful haircut by Nick at Keter salon a few months ago. He went above and beyond in one aspect that will have a lasting impact on my life - he noticed an unusual mole on the back of my ear and advised me to have it examined. At just 29 years old, it turns out the mole was invasive melanoma. Following a couple of procedures, and a slightly smaller ear later (some cartilage had to be removed for reconstruction after excising tissue around the melanoma), I am good to go!! Had this not been detected until it was over 1 mm thick, I might have lost my ear. If it had gone unnoticed for even longer, I would have been battling a highly aggressive/sometimes fatal form of cancer. Thanks to Nick, I'll be back to my active lifestyle in a matter of days! So grateful!

Allow me to share the narrative behind this: After my hairstylist of 15 years relocated, embarking on a quest to find a new one and rebuild trust proved to be quite the challenge. Change isn't my forte, yet Sara made all the difference. She rejuvenated me, bolstered my confidence, and now I feel like my authentic self once more. In all honesty, I wish I had stumbled upon Sara sooner rather than sticking with my former stylist. Embracing this change has been truly remarkable, and it's only been 5 hours, LOL. Undoubtedly- the finest haircuts I’ve ever experienced. I stumbled upon the salon while residing in the vicinity- subsequently relocating to different states- Las Vegas Nevada and then to Boston Ma, I consistently returned to this salon solely for my haircut and color. It may sound extreme but it speaks volumes about the caliber of the cuts and color. My appearance was pivotal to my image and directly linked to the services I received at Keter. My initial transformation was transitioning from 28 inches to a masterful bob undercut - absolute perfection! From deep brown locks to an array of blonde hues, seamlessly blended in while preserving the health and sheen of my hair. It was a duo- he sculpted- she was a color maestro. I also consulted a few others when necessary and scheduling dictated with satisfactory regularity. Not the epitome of customer service but the excellence of the actual work overshadowed this. I have yet to encounter an artisan that rivals the cuts I experienced at Keter.
