I have frequented this establishment for years ever since stumbling upon a deal on Groupon, and I must say, I am thoroughly pleased. Having undergone waxing for more than a decade and having tried numerous places, this one has truly made an impression. Lidiana is incredibly kind and relatable. She dedicates ample time and ensures the entire experience is comfortable. The pricing is reasonable, especially in a time when costs have risen across the board. I have never encountered issues with temperature or discomfort. I will certainly continue to recommend this place.

I recently opted to give this establishment a try instead of my usual spot due to a Groupon offer. Despite consistently receiving waxing services for over 3 years, this was my most painful experience. The wax seemed either low-quality or not heated enough, as it tugged on my hairs during application (excruciatingly painful). Prior to the session, I inquired about the regular waxing price, and was informed it was $60, which I found excessive for basic powder and subpar wax. My usual spot charges $50, provides numbing cream and hot towels, so the Groupon deal was appealing. I was displeased by the absence of a cloth towel for coverage. The lack of a spa-like ambiance for a $60 service was disappointing. The technician left dried wax and hair, as well as her gloves, between my legs on the chair, which I found distasteful given the proximity of the trash bin. Due to the cheap, cold wax, absence of a spa experience, and untidy removal process, I will not be returning.
