Kasey is an exceptional nail technician. She rectified an error from another salon with precision and has consistently provided me with exceptional pedicures ever since. Kasey pays meticulous attention to detail, remembers her clients and their preferences without prompting, and genuinely cares about ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have the opportunity to be serviced by her, be sure to show your appreciation with a generous tip. She truly deserves the accolades.
The worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I felt deceived. I opted for the deluxe pedicure they offered and was thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. The individual performing the pedicure rushed through the process, neglecting to push back my cuticles or remove my calluses. Communication was a challenge as she either failed to understand me, pretended to do so, or had to consult her colleagues. Upon completion, while waiting for my nail polish to dry, she hurried me to vacate the seat to settle the bill, even though my nails were still wet. Other staff members informed me that she was rushing me to leave early, which was impolite and unacceptable. To top it off, she added a tip to herself on my card without my consent. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
I have been frequenting this establishment since I was 12 years old (now 26) and it never ceases to impress me, especially Tina, who occupies the third seat near the entrance. She truly excels in her work.
