My recent manicure experience was subpar. The employee made me remove my dip powder polish myself and then took a long time to attend to me. She painted my nails a pink shade instead of the red I had chosen, insisting it was the right color. Despite the color mix-up, the manicure itself was well-done. I just wish it had been in the color I wanted.
I had the most disappointing nail experience. The communication was tough due to the language barrier. I asked for a chrome finish, but the lady put sparkles all over them instead. When I tried to explain, she dismissed me and scolded me for touching them. Despite my dissatisfaction, she refused to fix them and just applied oil on my cuticles. I left feeling frustrated and regretful for paying $50 for such sloppy work.
