The ladies there are so welcoming and kind. My nails didn't turn out as expected though. I opted for a dip, but when they removed it, two of my natural nails got damaged. The end result was thick and uneven. I had to fix three nails at home due to sharp edges. The staff was lovely, but the outcome makes me hesitant to return.
Nena is an incredible artist, so warm and kind. Lotus&Lilys is my go-to nail salon.
Three days post-manicure, I developed a severe infection in my finger. Van did my nails and accidentally cut my skin while working on the cuticles. I had to seek medical help, undergo lancing, draining, and lab tests. I had to take two rounds of antibiotics for a bacterial and yeast infection, likely caused by unclean tools. I requested a refund due to the additional medical expenses but was denied. I urge caution before visiting this salon. I've never had an infection from nail services before! They should have at least refunded my $55.
