The ladies there are so welcoming and kind. My nails didn't turn out as expected though. I opted for a dip, but when they removed it, two of my natural nails got damaged. The end result was thick and uneven. I had to fix three nails at home due to sharp edges. The staff was lovely, but the outcome makes me hesitant to return.About

This was indeed an exceptional manicure experience! It deviates from the usual nail salons. They offer a complimentary hour of swimming before and after your appointment, along with a free drink. The cran-orange mimosa is a must-try! You can even order from Masselow's spa menu and have it brought to you. Upon entering the spa, you are given the option to change into a robe or walk in as you are. The technician was friendly and engaging without being intrusive. She gauged my interest in conversation perfectly. I indulged in their seasonal lavender pedicure which was incredibly soothing and fragrant. My recent manicure experience was subpar. The employee made me remove my dip powder polish myself and then took a long time to attend to me. She painted my nails a pink shade instead of the red I had chosen, insisting it was the right color. Despite the color mix-up, the manicure itself was well-done.
