After deciding to stop visiting other salons due to the damage my nails were experiencing, I started going to Glaze. My nails have regained their length and health, looking better than they have in years. Glaze worked with me to find the most long-lasting solution for me (extra protective top coat gives me three weeks!)
I visited Glaze nail bar because I was thrilled to find a non-toxic nail salon. I had booked a pedicure for my birthday and had been eagerly anticipating it for weeks. I had a great time with my nail technician, we shared laughs and good conversation throughout. It wasn't until after I left that I noticed my pedicure was not up to par. There was still dirt under my toenails, flaking dead skin, and an uneven nail polish application with a stray hair stuck in it. I called right away and explained the situation. The owner arranged for me to return in 2 days with a different technician. When I arrived, the new technician informed me that she didn't have enough time to redo the entire pedicure and was instructed to only fix 3 nails. I went out of my way to seek help and ended up feeling rushed and like an inconvenience. I'm not one to typically write reviews, but I don't want others to have a similar experience. It's disappointing to say I won't be returning. Oh, and did I mention there's no massage included in the classic pedicure!?
