I just had the worst experience, I don’t have a physical card so I called to ask if they have Apple Pay and was told they do. But as I go to pay, the owner states the machine is not working and instead of offering a solution, he just went back and forth. My family and I usually go to this company often, but the way he handled this was very unprofessional. Thankful for the kind people that were in there to make sure everything was okay. But as a business, the way this was handled was unprofessional. I’ll NEVER go back. Prior to this, the lady couldn’t even do the design I asked for, and it was only diamonds. I usually would recommend this place to people, but to see how things are handled due to their machine not working and no kind of empathy was given, I can never go here again.
Decided to try this place out because of its convenient location. However, I will NEVER be returning! Green polish was left on my nails from the previous color, and I was cut several times with no acknowledgment or apology.
Best nail salon hands down. I have no lifting and my nails are always done perfectly. I do set appointments and I never have to wait long.
