She's also the only one who has ever cut my daughter's hair, and my daughter affectionately calls her "haircut Toni." I just had the worst experience, I don’t have a physical card so I called to ask if they have Apple Pay and was told they do. But as I go to pay, the owner states the machine is not working and instead of offering a solution, he just went back and forth. My family and I usually go to this company often, but the way he handled this was very unprofessional. Thankful for the kind people that were in there to make sure everything was okay. But as a business, the way this was handled was unprofessional. I’ll NEVER go back. Prior to this, the lady couldn’t even do the design I asked for, and it was only diamonds.
