This establishment has shown prejudice and is the most unsatisfactory nail salon I have visited. I requested to have two nail tips replaced and a refill, but they applied ones that were too large and started to come off. Additionally, they did not complete my refill as they claimed they had another client arriving soon, even though I had made an appointment. To top it off, they still charged me for the incomplete service.
Whenever I visit this nail salon for a manicure, I have full confidence in the adept hands and highly skilled nail technicians. Their talent is truly remarkable. I am always pleased with the meticulous and professional way they handle my nails.
The employees here are incredibly enthusiastic, and the gel polish they use is both stunning and long-lasting. The ambiance at CQ Nails is delightful and orderly, with a wide array of colors to choose from. I will definitely be returning multiple times.
