I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my nail appointment. I specifically requested black nail polish, but was given a dark blue shade that appeared black under the salon lighting. The shaping of my nails was also poorly done, and the no-chip polish chipped off the very next day. To top it off, I was charged $70 for this subpar service. I will not be returning.
I am revising my review after my recent experience. I paid $65 for a manicure and pedicure with no-chip polish, but the nail polish started coming off on almost all my nails within a week. This is highly disappointing as my manicures typically last at least three weeks. Despite the friendly staff, I am thoroughly unsatisfied with the quality of work and will not be returning.
Upon my visit to the salon, I had long, naturally beautiful nails on my right hand. I requested forms (not tips) to be applied to my left hand to match the length and a thin overlay on the right for consistency. However, I am now left with thick, short, wide, and damaged nails with an unappealing color. Not only do they look worse, but they are also causing a burning sensation. To add insult to injury, I was charged $70 for this botched job, which is double the price of other salons in the suburbs. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment.
