I experienced my initial nail appointment here today, and it was quite disappointing. I opted for a gel polish on both my natural nails and toes. While the individual who worked on my toes did a decent job, the same cannot be said for my nails. There were remnants of gel polish left on the cuticle line and skin, which broke off when I attempted to remove it. I will not be returning to this salon.
WARNING: Low-quality salon alert. Firstly, they should consider a name change as there is nothing superior about this establishment. I visited for a full set and white-tip pedicure the Sunday before Memorial Day. It was my only option as everywhere else was fully booked. The individual, who I believe goes by Ms. Kevin, did a terrible job. I should have been wary when he mentioned that they were always busy. I had been there twice before and had never seen him, nor were they busy on those occasions. The pedicurist did a poor job, even applying an acrylic on my pinky toe that came off after three hours. The red polish from the previous manicure was still visible. There was no filing, cuticle cleaning, or inquiry about the type of pedicure I desired. I typically opt for the deluxe service, but after the unsatisfactory nail treatment, I was eager to leave. The dip powder on my nails is a disaster - crooked, not translucent, with visible bubbles. Avoid this salon at all costs!
The staff was friendly and aimed to create a comfortable atmosphere. However, the quality of their work was subpar. I do not plan on returning. The technician was apologetic, but the results speak for themselves.
