I experienced my initial nail appointment here today, and it was quite disappointing. I opted for a gel polish on both my natural nails and toes. While the individual who worked on my toes did a decent job, the same cannot be said for my nails. There were remnants of gel polish left on the cuticle line and skin, which broke off when I attempted to remove it.
