Michael here, who was turned away by Maria for my son's haircut. She claimed he had lice, but I believe she couldn't distinguish between lice and dandruff. Thankfully, after showing the manager my son's hair, he arranged for a haircut. After reading the reviews, I completely understand the complaints about Maria's attitude. We have decided not to return to this location again...
I am always torn about Great Clips. I have a barber I adore, but sometimes my budget is tight and Great Clips is famous for their great deals. However, the quality of the cuts can be hit or miss. I checked the reviews and decided to request Rodney for my haircut. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. I showed him a photo of my previous fade and he replicated it perfectly. His attention to detail was impressive, and I'm so happy I trusted the reviews and chose him!
Avoid getting a haircut or beard trim from a stylist named MARIA. She is incredibly rude and provides subpar service. She even refused to allow me to take a quick phone call during my haircut and demanded that I leave the store to answer it. Her behavior is unacceptable. Great Clips, please address this issue promptly. Such conduct reflects poorly on your business.
