I experienced my initial nail appointment here today, and it was quite disappointing. I opted for a gel polish on both my natural nails and toes. While the individual who worked on my toes did a decent job, the same cannot be said for my nails. There were remnants of gel polish left on the cuticle line and skin, which broke off when I attempted to remove it. I want to leave a review for the maintenance person at Alpha Rd., Galleria. Their name is KEITH. They are fantastic. They promptly handle any requests for your Salon suite or the building. I met them one day, and the next day, they had all my lightbulbs changed in my salon suite and my shampoo bowl. Whenever you submit a maintenance request, they will efficiently take care of it. They are definitely reliable, and the manager is Beverly. She is very kind. When you inform her about something, she notes it down and ensures it gets done. I am not just looking out for myself but for the other tenants as well. Our safety is a priority, and she ensures it for us. Not only does she braid my hair flawlessly, but she also takes care of my natural hair under my wigs. I trust her completely with my natural hair care. Thankfully, after showing the manager my son's hair, he arranged for a haircut. After reading the reviews, I completely understand the complaints about Maria's attitude.
