I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my nail appointment. I specifically requested black nail polish, but was given a dark blue shade that appeared black under the salon lighting. The shaping of my nails was also poorly done, and the no-chip polish chipped off the very next day. To top it off, I was charged $70 for this subpar service.
